Welcome to the mandatory training on Personal Data Protection (GDPR). This training is essential to ensure our company’s compliance with current legislation and to protect the privacy of our clients and all of us.
Training Objectives:
- To provide you with a clear overview of the GDPR regulation and its impact on Aisa International s.r.o..
- To familiarize you with key terms, principles, and obligations when handling data.
- To explain how to proceed in daily practice to prevent risks.
- To prepare you for the successful completion of the final test.
Training Content:
- Basic concepts (personal data, controller vs. processor).
- Legal grounds and principles of data processing.
- Rights of data subjects (access, rectification, erasure).
- Data security and procedures for reporting security incidents.
- The role of the responsible person and privacy oversight.
- Consequences of violating the rules (sanctions and liability).
Training Format:
- The training is conducted via e-learning in the Moodle system, which you can complete at your own pace.
- The material focuses on the key theoretical foundations necessary for your work.
- After studying the materials, you will be asked to complete a short final test.
